A BeeBot is a beginning robot that you program by pushing buttons on the top… no ability to read or write needed!
And what can a BeeBot be programmed to do? Divide your students into as many groups as you have BeeBots. Have each group create a physical maze, using paper, blocks, or whatever materials you have handy. Then switch mazes, and another group programs their BeeBot to navigate the maze. It will probably take several tries to program it correctly, which helps students practice teamwork and perseverance.
